REPORTS App

REPORTS: This private mobile app is part of an integrated network of data collection programs.

The smartphone app allows maintenance crews to report roadway conditions by using the phone (with an IVR system) or by using the REPORTS app.

Data from the app is automatically entered into the Traffic Operations Center master database so that staff at the Operations Center can immediately take action on the REPORTed information.

On site reports via a mobile app enables human intelligence to add to other automated input to help identify, track, verify and act on actual conditions.
