NC: Network Control App

NC is a private mobile app to facilitate field technician dispatch and repair status reporting.

When an equipment/facilities problem is reported by customer observation, automated monitoring systems, or by internal staff, a trouble report is generated. A field technician must be dispatched to address the problem. Using standard email and text messaging, a technician will receive a notification of the problem.

By activating their NS app, the technician can acknowledge being notified of the problem (or request that it be re-assigned), view the problem details, and can indicate that they are on site, or that the problem is resolved.

Immediately, from the tech field location, the operations center is updated with the newest information. Photos, comments and even an interface with your inventory module can be customized into the app. Trouble repair tracking and reporting are facilitated and can be provided virtually instantaneously.

NC can reduce travel time between work sites, duplicated dispatches, and gives oversight control to those administering the repair processes.
